Shantoneel is a Bangladesh-born and Queens, New York-raised singer that embraces the rich culture history and musical forms of Indian and Bangla traditions with mordern instrumentation and contemporary dance rhythms. The music is influenced by by hindi, pop, bhajan, ghazal, semi-classical, folk, sufi and Bangla traditions that eloquently convey the emotive lyrical content and meditative instrumentation constructed around uplifting, though spaciaous, beats. Shantoneel wons numerous nationational awards from 1989-1991, including the heralded Anannya award given for exceptional talent promoted by Rabindra Sangeet Shanmmilon Parishod - the largest independent organization to promote Rabindranath and his works in Bangladesh. Suranjan Bhanja Choudhury was born and brought up in a renowned family of musicians in Shantiniketan. He received his training in classical music from his parents Prasanta and Tulu Bhanja Choudhury as well as from Pandit Alok Chatterjee and Pandit Dilip Karmakar of Kirana Gharana and Pandit Mohan Singh of Patiala Gharana. He also learn Rabindrasangeet from Late Sailajaranjan Majumdar, Kanika Banerjee, Nilima Sen, Aurobindo Biswas and Shri Bijoy Sinha. Suranjan had his first radio performance at the age of nine and since then performed on numerous occasions in India and abroad. Padma started learning dance at the age of three in India. she finished her Bharat Natyam Arangetram by the age of eleven. She attended several gurus and mastered Bharat Natyam, Kuchipudi, Andhra Natyam, Mohini Attam and other classical dance styles. Some of Padma's gurus include; Dr (Prof). Uma Rama Rao, Lakshman Rao and K. V. Chalam. Padma's students have won regional and nationals dance competitions and scholarships as art scholars. Cultural Centre of India is affilliated with Alagappa University in Tamilnadu and offers BA degree in Bharata Natyam. Many of Padma's students have achieved Arangetram or Ranga Pravesam milestone and are continuing further studies in dance.
Khaled Suman was born on Nov 11th in the city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He started performing from the very early age of eleven. He was inspired in singing different genres of songs from his musical family and was equally skilled at playing different instruments. He was awarded with many honours in his lifetime including winning a gold medal in one of the nationwide guitar competition just at the age of 16.

In 1986, he joined 'Chime', one of the top modern musical bands of Bangladesh, as a keyboardist & vocal. He has been performing solo and with the band locally and internationally for the last 20 years. He composed and conducted a number of musicals into the US & Canadian mainstream musical events.
